Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

• Custom or embroidered orders may require additional time; we will provide an estimated delivery date at checkout.

Shipping Methods

• We offer standard and expedited shipping options.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

• All packages include tracking information so you can monitor your order’s progress.

Delivery Times

• Standard domestic shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited domestic shipping: 1–3 business days

• International shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Customs and import duties may apply.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement.

• Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.

Damaged or Lost Items

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage.

• We will replace or refund damaged or lost items as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

• Standard items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

• Custom or embroidered items are non-returnable unless defective.
